Fees
I charge a £15 fee in all circumstances including call out fee (Rossendale only). After that, the first hour is free and
then it's £10 per hour or part thereof.
If I can't fix the problem, then I will give you the best advice I can.
I am happy to do remote diagnostics if that is a workable option.
Hi, I'm Danny, a time served software engineer (approx. 30 years) and as part of that work I've come across so many IT problems that affect lots of us at one time or another.
I understand the annoyance when, for example, something that used to work stops working or when something that should be simple seems so awkward.
I won't try to baffle you with techno speak, I will try to explain what the problem is and what I can do about it. If I can't fix it, I will tell you why and give you my best advice..
I mainly deal with Microsoft and Android issues but have also helped with things like iTunes in the past.
